• Track payments and financial records
• Provide public booking pages for students
• Organize tutoring schedules and availability

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Payment Processing

5.1 Third-Party Processors: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details directly.

5.2 Transaction Records: The Service allows you to track payments between you and your students. You are responsible for the accuracy of these records.

5.3 Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations related to your tutoring income.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including student information, appointment details, and financial records.

6.2 Data Protection: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6.3 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TutorDash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

8.2 Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect Service availability.

8.3 Modifications: We may modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUTORDASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TutorDash from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.

12.2 Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TutorDash.

13.2 Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13.3 Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.

13.4 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
